Hi, we are Alan & Kathy, founders of Property Match of Texas and we wanted to take just a moment and let you know a little bit about us. First and foremost, we are Born Again believers in our Lord Jesus Christ and strive to serve Him daily. We believe that if you strive to serve the Lord daily as well as others first, then your needs will be taken care of as well. Fifteen years ago we suffered the loss of our son Colton at the age 2. We have daily peace knowing that one day we will be reunited with our son in heaven. But our story doesn't end there. Shortly after Colton's death and due to the enormous medical bills and other expenses we incurred, we were forced into filing bankruptcy. God soon began to move mightily in our lives. We felt a call from God to make a difference. First, Kathy started by becoming a registered nurse and now, when she isn't at the Property Match office, she cares for those tiny sick patients with a unique perspective and a great deal of love. Alan was blessed with the opportunity to buy a business and was a small business owner for more than 6 years before things started to fail financially. Narrowly missing another bankruptcy as well as a foreclosure on their home, Alan was able to move on and begin another new chapter in their lives. Alan and Kathy began studying Foreclosure resolution and loss mitigation and Property Match of Texas LLC was born.
You see, we know all too well that sometimes "Life Happens" and bad things can and do happen to good people. It is our goal at Property Match of Texas to help as many people as possible avoid the financial catastrophe of foreclosure which can stay on their record and affect their lives for up to 10 years. We also know that all is not lost. There is hope! With prayer, the Lord, and good guidance, you too can start a new chapter in your life and begin anew!

I am a musician, and as you may know, musicians don't make much money. So it was important to me that I get every penny that's available out of my house when I went to sell it.
Property Match came out, offered me a fair price, and closed when I wanted close. (I needed some time to pack and find my new house...) It was great that they were flexible though.

This house had a lot of potential, but needed more money to fix up than I had. The payments went up since I was on an arm, and I just couldn't afford it anymore. I finally came to the decision that it was just time to start fresh somewhere new.
Property Match helped me do this, and gave me peace with my decision. I would recommend you to anyone who needed help like me.

I didn't think in a million years that I was going to be able to get caught up on my mortgage and save my house from foreclosure. As a matter of fact, when I met up with Property Match the first time, I was so nervous about having to get rid of it that I got sick right before they got here. My nerves were a total mess.
You see, my Grandmother owned this house for over 50 years, and I was about to lose it to foreclosure. Property Match came out to my house and explained all of my options to me, and unfortunately my only option at the time was to try to get the bank to work with a buyer and sell the house. I couldn't even file bankruptcy because I had already done so the previous year.
To make a long story short, I ended up at the LAST MINUTE putting together enough money to save my home, and even though Property Match had worked for weeks to help me find someone to buy the house, they let me back out of the contract and keep the house.
At their first meeting, they told me that they were really looking out for my best interested, and I have to admit, I believed them, but only partially. But then when they said that they would help me keep the place, I was blown away! You just don't see that kind of help anymore.
Thank you very much for all you did to help me! I will be in debt to you for a long time!!

I found Property Match and they helped me get rid of this place. I know that sounds bad, but I was tired of trying to fix it up all the time. They just came in, took it as is, and then turned around and fixed it all up. I hope the new people like it because now it looks like what I wanted it to look like, but just didn't have the money to do. Without them, this place would have never sold.
